All flats are furnished to a high standard, some with antiques, kitchens and bathrooms are modern and fully equipped, underfloor heating provides a pleasant indoor climate in winter. In addition, the wood-burning stoves in the kitchens can quickly create a cosy warmth.

Our own gardens offer shady and sunny seating areas, a playground and barbecue area can be used by all. Our grounds are large and varied enough for quiet moments with a view of nature. It is accessed by a circular path.

We are delighted to provide our 12 m long and 3 ó m wide private pool to our house guests, featuring a fantastic view and a wonderful refreshing experience if you kindly follow a few simple rules that ensure the privacy and peaceful atmosphere which our guests value and appreciate: You are very welcome to spend some additional time by the water after your swim but please understand that the sun loungers and parasols are located in the private gardens of the apartments.

Our well-established concept includes a quiet period around midday and we kindly ask our guests not to bring inflatable plastic toys of any kind. For safety reasons glassware or bottles are not permitted near the pool area. Our swimming pool is filled with skin-friendly salt water, similar to our natural tear-fluid. The chlorine level and ph value are constantly monitored throughout the filtration process. In order to maintain excellent water-quality we kindly ask you to rinse off any sunscreen or sweat before entering.

Guests have access to a washing machine in the utility room. After one week you will receive fresh towels and bed linen from us.
You can access the internet free of charge at any time via W-LAN.

For guests with small children, we offer a cot with equipment, a bath, a changing mat and a high chair at no extra charge. Bringing along four-legged friends is possible by arrangement.

We urgently ask our guests not to smoke in the flats, out of consideration for the next tenants.

In our Cascina Cerea we also have rooms that can be used by groups of up to 16 people. In this case, booking with catering would also be possible. Our chapel, for example, is not only suitable for weddings, but also for seminars and courses. If you are interested, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with further information.

In principle, we rent out the flats by the week from Saturday to Saturday. On the day of departure, the flats should be vacated by 10 am. If you arrive after 4 pm, the flats are ready for you. If you arrive after 8 pm, please let us know. If you do not want to stay for a whole week or prefer a different arrival or departure day, we can certainly find a solution for that as well.
